About the job
Fabrication of custom built semi-trailers from drawings, including measurement and setup.
Medium to heavy gauge welding.
Attention to detail.
1.9 hours of overtime daily, optional 4 hour Saturdays always available.
Qualifications
Previous MIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Dedication to producing quality workmanship.
Ability to work well in a team or alone
Have a strong work ethic.
Having previous experience with heavy fabrication would be an advantage.
Having a transport manufacturing background would be an advantage.
Brake Press Operator
About the job
Set and operate the brake press machine to press large semi-trailer components.
Work with medium to heavy gauge steel.
Inspect metal whilst shaping it and make adjustment as needed.
Responsible for the efficient flow of work to meet company production objectives.
Regular maintenance in line with machine maintenance schedule.
1.9 hours of overtime daily, optional 4 hour Saturdays always available.
Qualifications
Previous experience with CNC press brake machinery.
Ability to read and interpret drawings.
Attention to detail.
Fine eye for machining tolerances.
Dedication to producing quality workmanship.
Ability to work well in a team or alone.
